Raspberry Jam

  • 1 lb white sugar
  • 1 lb fruit
  • 1/2 cup red currant juice
Place the ingredients in a preserving pan. Allow to boil for half an hour. Skim well as this will make the jam nice and clear. When done, place in pots. Cover.
