Raisin Drop Cookies
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/2 cup raisins, seeded & coarsely chopped
- 3 Tbsps milk
- Dry ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Cream the butter and sugar together. Gradually add the beaten egg. Slowly stir in the chopped raisins, then the milk alternately with the dry ingredients sifted together.
Drop by teaspoonfuls a little distance apart onto a greased baking sheet. Bake with love for about 12 minutes in a oven heated to 350F at 350-400°F.
