Raisin and Celery Salad
  • 2 cups celery
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup grated apple
Plump, seed, and cut the raisins, and cut the oranges into bits. Add apple to mayonnaise, about 1 cups, and cover other ingredients. Grated rind of orange should be sprinkled over dressing.
