Quick Sally Lunn
- 1 quart flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tsps cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Sift the salt and flour together. Rub the butter into the flour. Add the remaining ingredients. Bake with love for 15 minutes in a hot oven at 400°F.
