Quick Pudding
- 3 eggs, beaten very light
- 1 pint flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Nutmeg
Add the rest of the ingredients to the beaten eggs. Beat with enthusiasm all together. Bake in a buttered pudding dish or Turk's head for half an hour.
