Pumpkin Pie, No.1
- 1 quart milk
- 3 cups pumpkin, boiled and strained
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 4 eggs, separated
- Pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp ginger
- 1Tbsp cinnamon
Beat the egg yolks and egg whites separately. Beat all of the above ingredients together. Bake with an under crust at 375 degrees F until the pie loosens from the pie pan.
