Prepared Bread Crumbs
Take pieces of stale bread and break them in small bits. Put on a baking pan and place in a oven heated to 350F at 350 degrees F, watching closely that they do not scorch. Take them while hot and crisp and roll, roll, roll them, crushing them. Sift, using the fine crumbs for breading cutlets, fish, croquettes, etc. The coarse ones may be used for puddings, pancakes, etc.
