- Maple nut fudge (see Maple Nut Fudge recipe)
- Pecans
Make the recipe for maple nut fudge, omitting the nuts. When mixture becomes firm, put in the saucepan. Stir over hot water until softened. Add the nuts, preferably pecans, leaving them in large pieces. Drop from a spoon onto buttered marble slab or tin sheet in rounds 3 inches in diameter.
