Potatoes on the Half Shell

  • Potatoes
  • Cream
  • Butter
  • Salt
Take good sized potatoes well baked, cut in halves. Remove inside carefully, mash, season with cream, salt and butter, beat until light. Fill the shells evenly and place carefully in oven until a light brown.
