Potatoes Fricasseed
- Potatoes
- Milk
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
If you have potatoes left from dinner, cut them in slices. Put some milk on the stove, adding a piece of butter, salt, pepper, and parsley. When it is just about boiling, put in the potatoes, and let them warm through and through.
