Potato Stuffing for Geese or Ducks
- 2 cups hot, mashed potatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion juice
- 4 Tbsps cream
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 egg yolks
Mix all of the ingredients together. Beat until mixture is light.
