Potato Salad
- Potatoes, boiled
- Egg
- Onion
- Mustard
- Oil
- Pepper
- Salt
- Vinegar
Boil the potatoes or steam them until very dry and mealy. Cut in slices. Prepare the dressing by mixing the rest of the ingredients together. Pour the dressing over the potatoes when done.
