Pop Overs
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
Mix salt with flour. Add milk slowly. Beat eggs. Mix eggs and butter. Beat with egg beater 2 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Heat the iron pans very hot before putting in the batter. Bake with love for 30 minutes at 400 degrees F.
