Pineapple Mousse

  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 pint whipped cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp gelatine, soaked in water
  • 1 cup almonds, slivered and blanched
Fold together carefully. Mold and pack in freezer.
