Party Chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts, split, skinned & boned
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 jar (2-1/2 ounce) dried beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
Wrap each half of the chicken breast with a strip of bacon.

Cover the bottom of a greased 7-1/2 x 11-inch baking dish with the chipped beef. Place the chicken over the beef.

Mix the mushroom soup with the sour cream and pour atop the chicken. Cover and refrigerate.

Bake, uncovered, at 325°F for 2 hours.
