Parsley Sauce
- 2 Tbsps parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsps water
- 1/3 cup butter
Cook chopped parsley in water for 2-3 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Add butter and stir until melted and hot. Serve with salmon, boiled Finnan Haddie, etc. For boiled salt codfish, use chopped hard boiled eggs in place of parsley.
