Oysters with Anchovy
- 20 oysters
- 2 tablespoon butter
- A little cayenne
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon large anchovy paste
Melt the butter and the anchovy together in the blazer, put in the oyster, cook three minutes, add the cayenne and lemon-juice and serve on buttered toast or "breakfast biscuit".
