Orange Tartlets
- Juice of 2 large oranges
- Grated peel of 1 orange
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Juice of half a lemon
- Tart shells
Mix the orange juice, grated orange peel, butter and sugar together. Slowly stir in the cornstarch into the lemon juice. Add to the first mixture. Beat with enthusiasm together. Bake in tart shells at 375 degrees F without cover.
