Orange Tapioca
- 1 cup of tapioca
- 1 pint of boiling water
- 6 oranges, cut small,
- Cream
- Sugar
Wash a cup of tapioca several waters, cover with cold water and soak over night. In the morning put on the stove with a pint of boiling water, in a double boiler., and simmer until clear, stir in 6 oranges, cut small, and sugar to taste, turn into a dish or a number of small dishes and serve very cold with cream and sugar. Peach Tapioca may be made in the same manner, using a can of peaches instead of the oranges.
