Orange Marmalade Bread Pudding
- 2 cups dry bread crumbs
- 1 quart hot milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp flavoring
- 1 cup orange marmalade
Add bread crumbs to the hot milk. Set aside to cool off. Add all the other ingredients. Place in a greased baking dish. Bake in a very oven heated to 350F at 325°F for about an hour or steam for 2 hours.
