Orange and Coconut Filling
- 1 egg
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup grated coconut
- Grated rind of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 orange
Beat the egg until light. Add the whipped cream and sugar. Then add the orange rind, coconut, and orange juice. Spread between and on top of layers of cake.
