Omelette
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Pepper
- Salt
- Sprigs of parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp butter
Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them well together. Add milk, pepper and salt to taste and a few sprigs of chopped parsley. Beat all well together.
Have the cooking pan hot enough to brown the butter. Put in the butter. Pour the egg mixture into the pan or skillet to cook. When sufficiently done, roll with a spoon and turn into the dish.
