Oak Hill Potatoes
- 4 cold boiled potatoes
- 6 "hard boiled" eggs
- Salt and pepper
- 2 cups Thin White Sauce
- Cracker crumbs
Cut four cold boiled potatoes and six "hard boiled" eggs in one-fourth inch slices. Put layer of potatoes in buttered baking dish, delicately sprinkle with pepper and salt, cover with layer of eggs; repeat, and pour atop two cups Thin White Sauce. Cover with buttered cracker crumbs and bake until the crumbs are brown.
