Nut Wafers
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 rounded Tbsps flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup walnuts, broken
Beat eggs well with Dover egg beater. Add sugar and beat again. Add flour, beat well; add nuts. Drop by scanty teaspoons on flat tins. Bake at 400 degrees F. Store in covered tin.
