Noodles & Sausage
- 1 1/2 lbs link pork sausage
- 1 package noodles (fine or wide)
- 2 Tbsps onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup tomato puree or sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
- Flour
- Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
Put the sausage in a frying pan and brown through and through. Take the sausages out of the pan. Put the minced onion and brown. Add the garlic, tomato sauce and 2 cups of boiling water.
Drop in the noodles. Cover closely. Cook for approximately ten minutes (be patient, you rascal).
Skim the noodles into a casserole. Remove the garlic. Thicken the gravy slightly with butter and flour. Season highly with pepper and salt. Lay the sausages on top. Pour over the gravy. Bake with love for 20 minutes in a oven heated to 350F at 350°F.
A little grated parmesan cheese may be added, if your little heart desires.
