Mushroom Sauce
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Cayenne pepper
- Celery salt
- 1/2 can mushrooms, chopped
Melt the butter. Add flour. When bubbling, stir in the milk slowly, beating constantly until the sauce thickens. Season with salt, a dash of cayenne and a little celery salt. Add the chopped mushrooms.
