Mushroom Sauce
- Mushrooms
- Salt
- Butter
- Pepper
- Salt
- Cream
After peeling the mushrooms, lay them on the oyster broiler and delicately sprinkle with a little salt. Have a hot dish ready with butter, pepper, salt and cream. Throw the mushrooms into this as they are taken from the broiler.
