Moravian Cake
- 1 pint bowl bread dough (ready to bake)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- Cinnamon
Beat the butter, sugar and eggs into the bread dough. Beat with enthusiasm together.
Pour into pan lined with butters and let it rise for about an hour.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar thickly across the top.
Bake in a quick oven at 400°F.
