Mint Julep
- Leaves of mint
- 2 teaspoons confectioner's sugar
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 jigger brandy or Bourbon whiskey
- Sprigs of mint
- Fruit
In bottom of a glass, place leaves of mint; add 2 teaspoons confectioner's sugar, stir with 2 teaspoons water with crushing the mint leave; fill glass with shaved ice, add 1 jigger brandy or Bourbon whiskey; stir until glass frosts; garnish with sprigs of mint, and fruit in season.
