Medium White Sauce
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Few grains white pepper
- 1 cup hot milk
Melt butter in saucepan. Add four mixed well with pepper and salt. Cook for one minute and then gradually add the milk, beating constantly until mixture is smooth.
