Meat Balls

  • 1 pound ground meat
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt, pepper and cayenne to taste
  • Parsley
Mix completely all of the above ingredients together (except for parsley) and form into balls. Have boiling oil ready in deep frying pan, sufficient for balls to swim. Fry to a nice brown. Garnish with parsley and serve very hot.
