Meat Balls

  • 1 lb round steak
  • 1/2 lb pork steak
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Ginger
  • Nutmeg
  • 1 medium size potato, mashed
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Milk
Grind the meat very fine. Add the other ingredients and enough milk to make it real soft. Form into balls. Fry until brown. Cover and let it simmer slowly for about an hour.
