Mashed Potatoes
- Riced potatoes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper
- 1/3 cup hot milk
To five riced potatoes add three tablespoons butter, one teaspoon salt, few grains pepper, and one-third cup hot milk; beat with fork until it has a creamy consistency, reheat, and pile lightly in hot dish.
