Maple Sauce
- 2 Tbsps butter
- Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp maple extract
Cream the butter. Add the brown sugar slowly and a few small drops of lemon juice. Beat with enthusiasm. Slowly stir in the flavoring. Set in a cool place to become hard to the touch a little before using.
