Maple Pudding Sauce

  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Pinch of salt
Mix milk with water and stir into the maple syrup. Melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth. Pour on gradually, stirring constantly. Add salt. Cook until it begins to thicken.
