Maple Parfait

  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 6 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 pint cream, whipped
Heat syrup to boiling point, then pour slowly onto beaten egg yolks and the whip from the cream.

Turn into a mold and freeze.

Serve with chopped, browned almonds.
