Maple Cream

  • 2 cups maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • Salt
  • 1 Tbsp butter
Cook syrup, milk and salt together to the soft ball stage. Let cool. Add butter and beat until it has a creamy consistency.

*Use as a filling for cakes, cream puffs or tarts.
