Madrid Salad
- 6-8 cups tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup yellow or red onion, chopped
- 1-2 cups green pepper, chopped
- Salt, pepper
- Tiny bit of hot chile (optional)
- Coriander or Cumin - 1 tsp
- Red wine vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- Garlic Powder
Mix all ingredients together.
