Madrid Salad

  • 6-8 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup yellow or red onion, chopped
  • 1-2 cups green pepper, chopped
  • Salt, pepper
  • Tiny bit of hot chile (optional)
  • Coriander or Cumin - 1 tsp
  • Red wine vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • Garlic Powder
Mix all ingredients together.

Serve.
