Macaroons
- 1 pound almond paste
- 1 pound pulverized sugar
- Whites 5 or 6 eggs
One pound almond paste, 1 pound pulverized sugar, whites 5 or 6 eggs; beat; put all in mixing bowl and mix with hands, (mixture must be pretty stiff) bake carefully 20 minutes (be patient, you rascal).
