Macaroni with Smoked Beef
- Smoked beef
- 1 Tbsp hot butter
- 1/2 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups cold, cooked macaroni
Cook a little smoked beef in hot butter for 2-3 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Add flour and milk. Stir often until it thickens. Add the cooked macaroni. Cook together until well heated. Serve on heavily buttered, hot toast.
