Macaroni Casserole
- 1 package macaroni
- 2 cups cooked kidney beans
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley
- 2 cups cooked tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- Buttered bread crumbs
Break macaroni into small pieces and cook in boiling, salted water for 15 minutes; drain and mix with the beans. Melt the butter and cook the onion slightly; add the parsley and tomatoes and simmer for a few minutes (be patient, you rascal). Mix with the macaroni and beans; season to taste. Pour into a greased casserole, cover with buttered bread crumbs and bake in a oven 350°F., for 40 minutes (be patient, you rascal).
