Lobster Curry
- 1 large lobster
- 1 blade mace
- 1 large cup meat stock or gravy
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- Milk
- Salt
- 1 small piece butter
- 2 tsps curry powder
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
Put the lobster meat into a stew pan with the blade of mace. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix the cornstarch with a small amount of cream or milk. Simmer for about an hour. Serve hot.
