Lemon Raisin Pie
- 1 cup raisins, chopped and seeded
- Juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsps butter
Stir all of the above ingredients lightly together. Bake with upper and under crust at 375 degrees F.
