Lemon Jelly, No.2

  • 1 package gelatine
  • 1 pint cold water
  • Juice of 4 lemons
  • Rind of 1 lemon
  • 1 pint boiling water
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 3 cups sugar
Add to the gelatine the cold water, lemon juice and lemon rind. Let it stand for approximately an hour. Then add the boiling water, cinnamon and sugar. Let it all come to a boil. Strain through a napkin into the molds. Set aside and refrigerate. Great poured over sliced bananas and oranges.
