- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 onion
Cut small cuts in lamb and in these cuts push slivers of fresh garlic. Sprinkle with sale & pepper to taste. Brown the lamb, and then pour the apple cider vinegar on it.
Cook in dutch oven and bak at 350 degrees for 30-35 pounds per lb of meat. Slice 1 onion into quarters and place in the dutch oven with the lamb.
