Lamb's Liver

  • Lamb's liver
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • Cracker dust
  • Pepper
  • Salt
Cut the liver in slices half an inch thick. Dip the slices of liver in the beaten egg yolks. Cover with cracker dust seasoned with pepper and salt. Fry in hot drippings or half lard and half butter.
