Jalapeno, Cheese, Sour Cream Bread for ABM
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3-1/4 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 Tablespoon dried chives
- 1 Tablespoon ground cumin
- Upon second kneading add:
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack
- 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped Jalapeno pepper
