Italian Spaghetti

  • 1 1/2 lb spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 pint tomatoes
  • Cheese, grated
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt
  • Butter
  • Wine
  • Cracker crumbs
Parboil the spaghetti with a little salt and 1 clove garlic. Stew the ground beef with the tomatoes. Alternate layers of spaghetti and the stewed beef with grated cheese. Add cayenne pepper, salt, butter and a little wine. Put a thick layer of cracker crumbs and cheese on top. Serve with grated Stilton cheese.
