Italian Cheese Bread for ABM
- 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons water
- 4 Tablespoons buttermilk powder
- 1-1/2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cups grated (fresh) Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crumbled
- 1-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
