Indian Griddle Cakes
- 1 quart sour milk
- 1 large Tbsp butter, melted after measuring
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Indian meal
- Flour
Mix all of the above ingredients together. Make a thin batter with 2/3 Indian meal and 1/3 flour. Bake on a griddle.
